The serviced offices include a high back chair, a table space depending the size of the area selected, a cabinet with lock & key, SingNet business broadband 1.5 Mb unlimited (Lan/Wireless), 10 hours conference room hours (accumulative), air-con, PUB bills, all maintenance charges, front desk secretarial support, fax number, elevators & escalators maintenance charges, toilets cleaning services, 24 hours security, fire insurance and 24 hours access to the office. What is the minimum contractual period? The recommended period is 6 months with a (1 month deposit + 1 month in advance) scheme to receive a value for money package price. The deposit will used to offset the last month of rent. The minimum is 1 month and payments may be made month by month. One year advance payments will enjoy special discounts. What are the operating hours? The business centre operates from Singapore local time 0900 - 1700 hrs. You may continue to stay after 5pm as there is 24 hours access. Please note that air-con operating hours are from 0800-1830 hrs for weekdays and 0800-1430 hrs for Saturday. Central air-con is not provided on Sundays. You may open the windows as we enjoy a strong cool breeze located on the high floor. *Note: This is only possible if you have an office with a view. What are the pricing schemes like?
