Description:
The Platinum Plus Package include phone answering in your company’s
name. All phone messages will be relayed via sms/email/phone as soon
as possible. It also includes a service whereby the receptionist may
call the client on the mobile and inquire if they wish to take the call
or take a message for them. X-synergy partners with a NYSE listed company
to provide excellent 3-way call conferencing services. Please note that
all overseas redirected calls carry IDD charges which will be deductible
from a refundable deposit of US$20. The remainder of the deposit will
be refunded back accordingly. This is only applicable for clients who
wish to redirect their line overseas. A one-time setup fee of US$50
will be charged for redirection services which will be paid to the Singapore
Telco Company, SingTel. No deposit or setup fee charges will be required
for those who wish to engage the Phone Answering Services only.
*Note:
A refundable deposit of $20 is collected for any package above Basic
for the entire year. This will be subject to mail/fax forwarding deductions
throughout the year. If you do not use any of the deposit, you may be
entitled to a full claim at the end of the contract. Mail notifications may take 2 - 4 working days due to volume of mails. For more information
