Being the first building located along the Singapore River, the New High Street centre has great appeal to Singaporeans and foreigners alike. An estimated $10 million dollars has been spent on the renovation of the building. The blue glass used on the exterior of the building is unique and the only glass in Singapore, thus far, with 17.5 percent heat reduction.
