The Gold Plus Package is a main line which is shared by more than one company. Therefore, the manner in which the calls are answered will be a standard, "Good Morning! This is ________ (name of receptionist on duty) speaking, how may I help you?" Upon establishing who the person is looking for, the receptionist will end the call with "Thank you for calling ________ (name of company, for eg ABC Company). Have a nice day!" All receptionists go through a proper inbound telemarketing course conducted by X-synergy Group's Telemarketing Division. Rest assured that all your clients will be greeted by a vibrant and friendly voice. *Note: A refundable deposit of $20 is collected for any package above Basic for the entire year. This will be subject to mail/fax forwarding deductions throughout the year.
