Why is USD currency used for online purchases?
For now, we only accept USD for online payments as we partner with the global online merchant account, Paypal Inc., which only operates in USD. This is to facilitate payments from worldwide clients, who may not be able to pay in the local currency. Upcoming facilities will include online payment through the local SGD currency to accomodate locals. If you wish to make payment via Singapore currency, please refer to other modes of payments.
What are the other modes of payment?
You may choose to do a bank transfer, internet banking, telegraphic transfer, wire transfer, cheque payment or cash.

Are there any hidden costs?
All prices quoted are Nett and do not include any other costs. Please note that Silver Plus, Gold Plus & Platinum Plus include a refundable deposit for mail redirection charges and fax charges, but this is also optional. If the deposit is not used throughout the contract, it will fully be refunded via cheque.
How do I sign up for 3 months online?
All online signups in the form are for standard one year signups, to enjoy the current promotions. However, if you wish to sign up for 3 months online, simply drop an email to our billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org, which will issue you an online bill request via Paypal Inc. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange an appointment to view our premises and pay for the 3 months in cash or cheque.
How do I pay via cheque?
You may arrange an appointment to drop by the premises to view our facilities and issue us the cheque personally. Alternatively, just fill the online form at http://www.x-synergy.com/form.htm and thereafter, you may mail us the cheque. Kindly inform the billing department at email@example.com if you wish to opt for this, so they may issue the official tax invoice beforehand. (Note: There is no need to proceed to the Paypal window for online payment)
How do I sign up online?
Please visit http://www.x-synergy.com/form.htm and click submit to send us your particulars. You will be redirected to a Paypal online purchase window. Kindly select your desired package and proceed with the instructions to sign up with Paypal. After signing up with Paypal, payment may be made via Visa/Mastercard. Millions are doing it the Paypal way. It's fast, easy and secure.
How is the refund made for purchases?
There will be a 30 day money back guarantee for all purchases, with no questions asked. X-synergy maintains a high standard of professionalism and service. The refund (after deductions of Paypal transaction fees and phone setup fees for dedicated lines) will be made out to you via cheque.
